(EIR)
Inspirer develops Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) programs by identifying the best individual, or a rotating team of entrepreneurs/innovators, to work part-time or full-time, remotely or on-location, embedded within or outside of your company’s team. Inspirer acts as the matchmakers between corporate teams wanting to tackle critical problems with skilled innovators who are looking to make a meaningful impact and be part of a team.
Historically, creating EIR Programs during the initial/early stages of development, succeed the best. We also recommend shorter term engagements for individual EIR’s and can help swap a new EIR to your team to add new perspectives and ideas.
Most EIR candidates are identified by corporate teams during an Inspirer Outsourced Think Tank session.
